Are all cats suited to boarding?

We have tried to cater for all types of cats, old, young, big/small, adventurous, indoors/outdoors. Take a look at our room options and if you any questions give us a call, we are happy to discuss.

What will I need to provide for my cat?

We recommend you bring your own food to avoid any stomach upsets. Dishes and water bowls will be provided.

You are more than welcome to bring your own bedding and toys to make them feel at home, but if not, we are more than happy to provide everything within the daily boarding cost.

Cat boarding prices include standard food & biscuits (Whiskers or Felix and a variety of biscuits).

Treats & Dreamies are always on offer!

Does my cat need to be vaccinated?

Yes you should always keep up to date with your cats vaccinations to protect from illness and disease.

If you are thinking of boarding your cat with us, please ensure they are fully vaccinated at least a month prior to boarding.

We will not accept any cat into the Cattery without an up to date vaccination card. This is part of our licencing agreement with LCC.

Are you able to give my cat their medication?

Please discuss medical conditions/medication at time of booking.

If we agree to administer the medication, bring the prescribed medication or treatment, clearly labelled & we will administer.

Please note we do not administer injections or insulin.

What if my cat is ill while I am away?

Your cat will be taken to the vet. We will try to use your own vet but it will depend on the condition of the cat & the location of your vet. If we cannot make a trip to your vet we will use our local registered vet.

You will need to pay/settle any vet fees with us when you collect your cat.

When is the fee to be paid for my cats stay?

Once you have confirmed your booking a non-refundable/non-transferable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total bill which is to be paid when you drop off or collect your cat.

Payment can be made by cash or via bank transfer.

Will you be able to use our current routine?

Every effort will be made to maintain your cats routine. When you register with us we will take a note of their meal times, routines and of cause any other relevant information which will assist us in ensuring your cat/s have a stress free stay.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes, owners can bring their own pet specialities. Please call us to discuss.

Do I need to insure my cat?

This is not a requirement but we strongly recommend it. All cats will be covered by our 3rd party liability insurance. Any other vet bills incurred during their stay to cover illness or injury will be reclaimed from you when you return to collect your cat/s.
